DETAILS: There was a bug in the original XDN code that caused the block reward
at height 704,000 to increase back to 320,000XDN per block. This update fixes
that via a hardfork at height 704,614 and also applies a small fix to our
difficulty adjustment algo (LWMA2). This is a MANDATORY upgrade, please upgrade
immediately!
